Care of Your Cookie Cutter

If you received a cookie cutter from me, it was made in the USA!

Most of today’s cookie cutters are a base metal covered with a thin layer of tin.

Always hand wash your cookie cutters.  Do not use an abrasive cleanser or pad on them.

Never let them sit out wet.  They will rust.  That means taking just a second to dry them.

Store flat in a space adequate to preserve the shape.

If you hand wash and dry them, they can last a generation!
